The city of Krakow, in Poland, is launching its first Biennial International Conference dedicated to tourism in cities with a significant historical heritage.
Historical Cities 3.0 project main goal is to discuss problems, experiences and solutions used in historical cities, exclusively in the aspect of tourism development.
The conference is aimed at local governments, non-governmental organizations and the tourism industry. The programme includes three discussion panels under the themes “Smart City for Whom?”, “Good Life Vs Attractive Destination”, and “24 Hour City”, preceded by a case study of Amsterdam, Athens and Edinburgh.
