The new luxury residential complex Costa del Sol, designed by Pininfarina, for Excem Real Estate, is based on the principles of elegance, well-being, comfort, design, cutting-edge technology, exclusivity and environmental integration. The expected investment will be around 200 million euros.

The renowned Italian company Pininfarina and Excem Real Estate, announce the collaboration for the creation of the luxury residential complex on the Costa del Sol, after the successful creation of a new concept of luxury residential complexes in the real estate sector.

This project, focused on sustainability, will create an area with 20 thousand m2 of green spaces around the residential complex, improving the image of the entry point in Estepona and contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint.

This is the first project developed by Pininfarina in Spain, whose license is still being processed. This development includes the construction of 38 exclusive residential units with 250 to 550m2 of great quality. Estepona City Hall has focused on improving the quality of life for its citizens. The residential complexes will be designed according to the BREEAM and WELL criteria that promote the health and well-being of residents.

Among the main features, there is a space known as “Atrium”, an imposing lobby with 16m in height, with a unique view of the sea and mountains, which can be enjoyed on the terrace with infinity pool, allowing residents to have the incredible North African sunset experience.

The leisure areas, with 1500 m2, include a function room for special purposes, cinema, private club with cooking area, reading room, games room for children and multifunctional and work area. There will also be spaces dedicated to relaxation activities, such as a heated indoor pool, a SPA, a gym and a climbing wall.

The residential complexes will be located at the entrance to Estepona, in the only available lot of Paseo Marítimo. Known for being in front of the beach and having a unique natural environment, Estepona is one of the most attractive places in southern Spain. Through its orderly, sustainable and exclusive growth model, it managed to preserve and respect the people, their customs and traditions in the region. Estepona is a reference point for luxury villas on the Costa del Sol.

Pininfarina, with its extensive experience in the development of luxury residential complexes, proposes a grandiose architectural project, through the emotional connection between the building, its surroundings and the residents. Estepona, Marbella and Benahavis form a unique and exceptional paradise on the southwestern coast of the Mediterranean.

This new project was presented at the Milan Triennale on February 18th, in a special event dedicated to Pininfarina's 90th anniversary.
